All SJP by Sarah Jessica Parker shoes are proudly handmade in Italy.

If the shoe you're interested is marked as one of our Evergreens, we will continually replenish the style. Seasonal styles will sadly not be replenished. If a shoe you want is sold out, we encourage you to check on availability with our other global retailers. You can also contact us directly and we'd be happy to assist in locating a specific style.
Where do you ship?
We are currently only able to ship to customers who reside in the United States. Please note that our free shipping over $150 promotion will not apply to customers in Hawaii or Alaska. We do hope to eventually ship to International territories. Thank you for your patience!
How do I track my order?
You can track your order in several ways!
You should have received an order confirmation email when you placed your order. A second email notification will be sent to you when your parcel ships. days when your order shipped. Both emails will include a link to view the status of your order.
Log into your account and select Order History on the left. All of your previous orders will be displayed. Click the order you're interested in and then click on the tracking number to track your package.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The cut-off for same-day shipping is 1:30pm EST. We will ship all orders received by this cut-off time on the same day. All orders received after 1:30pm EST will ship the following business day.
Transit time will depend on the shipping service that you select at checkout.
FedEx Ground: Up to 6 days, depending on shipping address
FedEx 2Day: 2 days
FedEx Standard Overnight: 1 day
Can I have my package sent to a freight forwarding company or a P.O. Box?
We do not provide delivery to freight forwarding companies. Unfortunately, our carriers are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes at this time.

What is the meaning of the grosgrain stripe on the back of your shoes?
The grosgrain stripe is a nod to my childhood, specifically my mother. As a young girl, I was required to wear a grosgrain ribbon in my hair every day. I had a bureau full of them and would have to iron one each morning.
When our first samples arrived from Italy, I was sitting with George looking at them when I realized the back of them looked bare. The seam up the back looked unfinished. I suggested to George that we cover it with a grosgrain and our signature touch was born.

How do I place a return or exchange?
To return or exchange an item purchased on this site, please review the details on our Shipping & Returns page and then use the return form to Request a Return. You will need your order number and the email address you used when placing your order.
Once you have entered these, follow the steps to select the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange and the reason for doing so. You'll then be asked whether you want to exchange, receive a gift card for store credit or receive the refund on your original method of payment.
You'll be provided with a FedEx shipping label to print and attach to your package. Please note that we do deduct $10 from your method of payment when a return or exchange is processed.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days after you receive your package. More information on returns can be found here.
How long does it take to process a return?
It will take approximately 3 days for your return to be processed after we receive it. If your return passes quality control, please allow at least 10 days for your refund to post.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB and Diners Club) and ApplePay. You can also pay using an SJP by Sarah Jessica Parker electronic gift card.
Please note that our website is not able to process International credit cards, even if the shipping address is within the United States. If you receive an error after attempting a purchase using an International credit card, please contact your bank directly. The charge will not process on our end even if you receive a notification that says otherwise.
What can I do if my payment is declined?
If your card is declined, please try a different form of payment. If this does not work, please contact your bank for further assistance.
