Shipping & Returns

We are currently able to ship to customers who reside in the United States and in select territories in Europe. Please note that our free shipping over $150 promotion will not apply to customers in Europe, Hawaii or Alaska. If you're shopping from Europe and a style you're interested isn't available, you can contact our flagship boutique to organize shipment (flagship@sjpusa.com).

Please note that if you choose to ship your order to/or use a third party shipping company, SJP is not liable for any lost or misplaced packages. 

Customers will be given the option to ship their packages with a required signature upon delivery for security purposes. Please note that, if you choose to ship your order without requiring a signature upon delivery, SJP is not liable for any lost or misplaced packages.

SJP online returns must be made within 14 days of receiving product.

All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Merchandise must not be used, worn, or washed. Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox with the dustbag included. Any product that is shipped with tags cannot be returned once the tags are removed.

All beauty purchases can be returned within 14 days of receiving the product if the product has not been used and the cellophane wrap is unopened.

Please note that all purchases of sale styles online will be non-refundable. We will accept returns for store credit only. All in-store sale purchases will be final sale. SJP does not honor price adjustments of any kind. There will be no exceptions.

Online purchases can be returned at our retail locations or by mail using the return form linked below. If purchased at an SJP Boutique, please contact that location directly for their in-store return policy. Please note that we do deduct $10 (€10 for customers shopping from Europe) from your method of payment when an online return or exchange is processed. 

SJP reserves the right to deny a refund if a product is returned in non–resalable condition.

Please note that SJP is not able to process automatic exchanges. If you need to exchange your purchase for another size or color, please note that we will first process your order as a return and then notify you once complete.
