Shipping & Returns

We are currently able to ship worldwide. Please note that our free shipping over $150 promotion will only apply to customers in the USA with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska. All orders will be shipped from our US warehouse from Monday through Friday. Our warehouse will need a few days to process all orders before they ship as we have seen a recent influx in business.

Please note that if you choose to ship your order to/or use a third-party shipping company, SJP is not liable for any lost or misplaced packages. 

Customers will be given the option to ship their packages with a required signature upon delivery for security purposes. Please note that, if you choose to ship your order without requiring a signature upon delivery, SJP is not liable for any lost or misplaced packages.

We also offer Route package protection at checkout, an optional insurance for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

Beginning Friday, August 16th, all purchases made on SJPbySarahJessicaParker.com or in our flagship store on Bleecker Street will be FINAL SALE and will be non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. We cannot cancel any orders once they've been placed. There will be no exceptions.
